Deliveries of products are made only within the natural limits of Greece through the partner transport company (and its associates) or the cooperating courier company.

Returns policy


The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of TA PANDA 1 in Greece through the internet on the website www.tapanda1.gr


Order cancellation


There is a possibility of cancellation of the order in the online store.


To proceed to the cancellation of your order, you can either send an e-mail to the address: one.mpill@gmail.com or to call our call center at 6936932496 (surcharge in accordance with the pricing policy of your telecommunications provider).


In the case that you have already advanced to the payment of your order and your order has not been paid to the shipping company immediately, then we will refund you directly to the monetary value that corresponds, in the same way that you made the transaction (credit card, Pay Pal). 


In the case that your order has been paid to the shipping company , then the refund of the money value of the cancelled order, will take place in the same way that you made the transaction (credit card, Pay Pal,) once the goods have been returned to the TA PANDA 1. 


You have 20 days to change your mind


If you change your mind, you can return the products you have ordered within 20 days of the receipt of your order form, the order confirmation email and the stub of a credit card (if you have paid with a credit card). To return your product, send your request in writing by filling in the form of withdrawal in the one.mpill@gmail.comFor any further information you need, you can contact us by phone, at 6936932496 (surcharge in accordance with the pricing policy of your telecommunications provider).


The return of the products which you have purchased from the online shop of the TA PANDA 1 is carried out through the partner courier.

The return request shall enter into force from the date on which you tell us of the intention of returning the goods.

The products that you want to return must be in excellent condition, with a closed package. In case you open the package of the product you need to take care to return it in perfect condition, together with all the parts and accessories of which it is composed. You agree to take care of the condition of the returned goods from the moment I surrender to you until the moment you turn it over to a partner company courier (courier).


If not returned within 20 days then the TA PANDA 1 may not accept any refund or replacement product. In any case, the maximum time limit for return for replacement may not be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt.

Except for the rights provided in the returns policy, shall be recognised in each case all the rights that apply for consumers from the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale, and any right arising in connection with the warranty terms of the product.


Transfer of returned products 


In the event you wish to return goods because of a change of opinion, you don't incur the cost of returning the product. The receipt of the returned product can only be carried out by the address that you stated at the outset of the mission, which you have indicated in writing.


You agree to give the TA PANDA 1 as much as possible for more details on the delivery address of the goods, for example floor, difficulties of access of the carrier/courier, existence of an elevator, update for narrow stairs, etc., in order to facilitate the process of receipt by the space that will indicate to us. You agree that there is suitable access to the site for receipt of the returned goods.

If the carrier/courier consider that the receipt of the products by the space that would indicate, can cause damage to your property, you will be informed orally and recorded in the form of receipt. You can indicate in a partner transport company/courier to collect the products, despite the hint of this, however, we will not be liable for any damage that may be caused to your property or goods, given that the collection of products will be done with the proper attention and care.

You agree to provide to the partner all the products you wish to return, including all parts and components that make it up. Upon receipt of the returned product by the carrier, you will sign a form of receipt to certify that made the delivery to the carrier. The form of receipt will be given to you by the cooperating courier/courier.


If not you will be able to be himself present at the delivery of the goods from the site, you can set a representative who will handle this process on your behalf. The representative must be an adult and able to oversee the receipt of your products instead of you. 


Return fee value returned products


If you meet the conditions for return, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the goods that you return the same way you made the original transaction (credit card, PayPal), unless you wish otherwise return for which you must notify us in writing. Exceptions from the right of withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following cases:

  1. the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period

  1. the supply of goods that are manufactured in accordance with the specifications you have set you as a consumer or clearly personalized

  1. the supply of goods which are, after delivery, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  1. DIFFERENCE

  • Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg.x. bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the products within the predetermined time, we will notify you via e-mail, in order to confirm if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. To TA PANDA 1 does not bear any responsibility for any situation that is outside our own fault and will do whatever is humanly possible for your best service.

  • In cases where you have registered an online order and upon receipt you find that you are missing something (or someone) product from the total order, please contact us in order to arrange all the details required and to send you the products I have received at no extra cost.

  • Modification of terms: The www.tapanda1.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of trade. The company undertakes no obligation to update the present text for any modification or addition to the terms and conditions.
